It is for this reason that statistics and polls about where people stand have little pertinence if or when the world turns on its nose.

In crisis will people care about doctrines or will they migrate towards knowledge that gives them peace, liberty and prosperity? The doctrines will ring hollow since the institutions that have promulgated them will vanish.

Congress As An Archive Of Liberty Seeds For the Future Historians!

It is wonderful to receive all of the formal presentations into the Congressional record by the greatest Statesman in American history. These are gems for this generation and for future generations.

The only society that will survive and endure all of this economic ignorance during these 'Dark Ages' of economics will be the one that is prosperous simply because it eventually came to adopt the principles of classical liberalism.

Historians in the future will have little interest in the barbarian ego-driven interventionists and their economic terrorism. They will be searching for the seeds of liberty and justice and tracing these seeds back to their sources.

Congress is an archive of these liberty seeds.

"Madame Speaker, Burton Samuel Blumert passed away on Monday March 30, following a long battle with cancer. Burt was a true hero of the freedom movement and my close friend, advisor, and business partner.

As the founder and manager of Camino Coins in Burlingame, CA, Burt was one of the nation’s leading dealers in gold and silver coins. A student of Ludwig von Mises and the Austrian school of economics, Burt understood the important role precious metals played in protecting ordinary citizens from the damage wrought by fiat money and inflation. Burt played a major role in making the ideas of liberty a force on the internet by serving as the publisher of LewRockwell.com, as well supporting the development of Mises.org. Burt also played an instrumental role in the development of Antiwar.com. Burt also served as chairman of my first run for the presidency, and important counselor in the second.

In addition to his work with these organizations, Burt was a friend, mentor, and patron to numerous libertarian scholars and activists. He was incredibly generous with both his time and his resources. Talking to Burt was always a treat, because he had one of the best senses of humor I have ever known, and it seemed like he was always in a good mood. Events that would send his friends into fits of depression, rage, or both would be used by Burt as fodder for a series of jokes and wisecracks. Even in the last days of his battle with cancer he remained upbeat. One of Burt’s friends called him shortly after learning about Burt’s cancer, but instead of consoling Burt, this friend ending up having his sprits lifted by Burt’s humor.

It is somewhat of a comfort to myself, and I am sure to Burt’s other friends, to know that he lived long enough to see so many of his efforts bear fruit. On Sunday I read in Parade the letter that Barack Obama wrote to his two young daughters. Balancing The Budget Is Good For America's Prosperity!

Balancing the budget is so much easier than it is made out to be!

All service of elected officials should be made voluntary; no pay for rendering these services to the community whether at the local, State, or Federal level.

Does anyone know how much would be saved if all pay and all fringe benefits of all elected officials at all levels of government were reduced to zero?

Or they could accept the nominal $1 that is trumpeted as praiseworthy for the top executives of the three big U.S. auto makers.

Only people who are truly sincere would be willing to serve and only people who have been exemplary in their service would receive votes.

As you can see political parties will disappear since the individuals voted for are chosen because they are meritorious not because of any affiliation. Perhaps one hundred persons distinguished for their wisdom and knowledge and sincerity will receive votes. Ultimately one will be chosen in the process.

Since it is relatively expensive to travel there will be a minimal number of meetings and so proposals will be simple since time will be very valuable indeed. This also means that spending of all kinds will be very limited since the criteria used for siphoning through any and all proposals will be those laid down in the Constitution. If it does not meet the requirements of the Constitution it will not take up even one second of the precious time of these elected representatives.

Within one election cycle the budget would be balanced and freedom and liberty would return like a torrent. The American nation will quickly find its destined prosperity.

Destroying The Dollar Is Part Of Their Scheme!

What we see is a deliberate destruction of the dollar so that the unConstitutional coup can orchestrate its new world monetary hegemony scheme - a new worldwide fiat currency under the control of a single worldwide central bank.

And how exactly did they get to be in such a desperate condition? Believe it or not, it was the exposure of their true nature that was required to clamp down on the liberty momentum created by Ron Paul. The champion of the Constitution exposed the underbelly of the unConstitutional coup!

Americans Expect The Oath Of Office To Be Upheld.

Do you want a President that obeys his/her oath to uphold and protect the Constitution or a President that disobeys his/her oath to uphold and protect the Constitution ?

When an American reads the Constitution without the indoctrination of legal sorcery it is clear what is basic and foundational. This common sense foundation is what is recognized and endorsed, by every American that is not under the influence of the legal and economic sorcery of the unConstitutional coup. We still have that right.

Will Americans reject the ego-driven interventionists and reject the ego-driven interpreters? With your help and mine and with the help of the Campaign For Liberty and the Mises Institute.

Will Barack Obama Have The Moral Courage To Be A Constitutional President?

This is the defining question for Barack Obama. This is where the rhetoric of change becomes meaningful.
