No doubt Thomas Jefferson was a great leader and a scholar of classical liberalism. In that sense, yes, Ron Paul is the Thomas Jefferson of our time.
If I was asked to choose the greatest statesman in history, not just American history, I anticipate that Ron Paul will leave that legacy.
